  1. Documents is a submenu of the Outline menu. Its commands determine whether or not to display the document windows attached to headlines in an outline. When chosen, it displays a submenu with the following commands:

  3. Expand Document    Displays a previously collapsed document window attached to the currently selected headline, or if one doesn't already exist, it creates a document window.

  5. Collapse Document    Temporarily hides from view the document window attached to the currently selected headline.
  6.  
  7. Expand All    Opens all document windows, from the currently selected headline through all its sublevel headlines.
  8.  
  9. Full View (Small View)    Makes the selected document window fill the entire outline window. The command then becomes Small View on the menu. If the headline did not previously have a document window, Full View creates one.
